HORSE TRAINING & COACHING

What services do you offer under the horse training side?
Services may include horse training programs, coaching/lessons, show preparation and support, and training-related services such as limited agistment or facility use (where applicable).

Do you offer casual training or once-off rides?
Horse training is offered through structured programs to support consistency and correct development. Coaching may be booked as single sessions, with block bookings recommended where suitable.

Do you offer single coaching sessions?
Yes. Single coaching sessions are available, and ongoing coaching blocks are encouraged for best results.
How long are coaching sessions?
Coaching sessions are 45 minutes.
Do you offer online coaching?
Yes. Online coaching is available and is a great option for long-distance clients or those wanting support between in-person sessions.
How do I know which training program is right for my horse?
Program selection is guided by enquiry and assessment to ensure the most suitable option is chosen based on the horse’s current stage and your goals.
Do you use groundwork or in-hand training?
Yes. Ground-based work and in-hand education may be used where beneficial to support posture, balance, understanding, and overall development under saddle.
Do you attend competitions as a groom?
Show grooming and competition support may be available by arrangement when capacity allows.
Can I send videos for training advice?
To keep training guidance safe and accurate, video advice is provided through a booked coaching session (including online coaching), assessment, or training program rather than via informal messages or DMs.
What does full care include?
Full care at Nayera Farm includes the daily management required to support your horse throughout their training program, including:

Is farrier, vet, dentistry or supplements included in full care training?
Full care includes daily management and training support. Farrier, veterinary, dentistry, supplements and any specialist treatments are not included and remain the responsibility of the owner.

AGISTMENT & FACILITY HIRE

Do you offer agistment?
Limited agistment may be available by arrangement depending on suitability and current capacity.

Do you offer facility hire?
Facility hire may be available by arrangement, subject to suitability, scheduling, and the overall operation of the property.

FARM STAY & HORSE CAMPING

Is the farmhouse stay available yet?
The farmhouse stay is currently under construction and will be launching in the future.

What stays are available now?
Horse camping stays with unpowered sites are available now by enquiry. These are suited to guests travelling with floats or caravans, attending local events, or wanting a quiet rural stay with their horse.
Can I bring my horse?
Yes — horse camping stays are designed for guests travelling with their horse. Details are confirmed through the enquiry process.
Is Nayera Farm private?
The farm stay area shares the property with a main house approximately 60 metres away. Privacy is respected and stays are arranged to feel separate and uninterrupted.

Do you have set business hours?
Yes. Enquiries and messages are responded to within business hours wherever possible.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation and payment requirements vary depending on the service. Full details are provided during booking and can also be found on the Policies & Terms page.

Do I need to complete forms before commencing?
Yes. Depending on the service, clients may be required to complete a training or agistment agreement prior to commencement. A risk warning, waiver, and indemnity may also apply for riding or handling horses on the property.
